You need to identify what is making you worried. Get it in perspective because...
1. things that have not happened, probably never will.
2. things that have happened are normally not so bad and you can then deal with them.
3. Events in themselves have no meaning. They are just events.
Quit worrying and don't get angry at things that you can't change.
Focus on being calm and breathing slowly deeply and regularly.
Do some aerobics training.
Xanax and or meditation.
