My boyfriends sister studies sports medicine and she was telling us how a very high protein diet ends up doing absolutely nothing. By high protein I mean you're having multiple protein shakes, bars and whatever protein orientated things while eating a lot of chicken. The ideal diet if you speak to someone who is a licensed dietician is going to consist of fruits vegetables whole grains with a side of meat. im probably going to get attacked by a muscle head on here im just sharing what I was informed of.
