How to stop growing stomach while fasting?

I just woke up about an hour ago, and my stomach is growling non-stop. But I decided to fast (no food, just water).
How much water should I drink?

I read your comments on other people opinions... do you know what "fasting" is? its religious only... what you are doing my friend is called "starvation". You want to lose weight.. im a trainer.. i can give you at least 10 ways to lose weight without you having to go without a necessity like food. Your stomach growling is a warning... and you have to take it seriously. If you want training... you know how to find me.

And I feel like I need to cleanse my body.

you know why it growled? "growling" of the stomach is when the chemicals in there have nothing to digest... and when they don't, the gurgling (and bubbling) of them moving around to find something is why your stomach "growls" and if that need is not satisfied, i read somewhere that they start to eat the stomach lining. that equals blood entering the stomach, blood in your stool... etc. Not good. there are better ways to lose weight.

Please dont starve yourself. My sister had anorexia and she almost lost all her hair and it never really grew back the way it was. It's really bad for you. I've seen it with my own eyes what it does to your body, believe me.
So you think food is toxic. Why would you think that? The human needs to eat to survive. Just eat a little bit and eat healthy.

Maybe you should excersize more. I bike 20 kilometres every day for school and do karate and horseback riding every week. If you do the same, we'll talk further

I go to college, so I really don't have time to be doing too many sports. And I'm not sporty anyways lol
Honestly I'd never bike to school- kind of dangerous where I live...

I have school from 9 am to 5 pm too and I have to do homework after school and in the weekends, not much time either, but I make time for sports to stay healthy. The biking is difficult indeed. In the Netherlands, everyone bikes, because it's save and there are no hills, but that doesn't count for every country. There are always sports you like to do. I'm just really keeping you away from starving yourself, because I know what it does to your body.

I'm no good with water fasts. I usually drink coffee or tea when I do mine. Coffee is an amazing appetite suppressor. It depends on why you're doing it. I do fasts for three days every season change. I just do liquid fasts though, not just water. I drink a lot of water but I also allow myself almond milk or coffee because it helps.

Yeah coffee fills me up pretty fast and it suppress my appetite.
Too bad I don't have any... I only can drink it at college.
