I think it all depends on your structure. For instance, I'm 5'9". I'm big boned and quite muscular. I weigh 148 and I've had people tell me not to get any less, as I would look unhealthy. It seems just right to me, as well. I feel good and I think I look good. Plus, my hubby is happy with it too. My sis-in-law is 5'11" and weighs 160 (yeah, people don't really screw with us too much when we're out together, lol) and she looks good too. Believe it or not, my hubby and I are the same size. So, yeah, I guess it just depends on your bone structure. And, more importantly, as long as you feel good and are healthy, then stay at the weight you're at.

It all depends of your bone structure, how you carry the weight and if you lift weights
That hugely based on personal preference. My girl is 5'8" and weighs 130 (that's perfect for me). So at 5'10", I'd like about 135-140 I'm guessing. For ME, anything over 150 is too much (for MY eyes). Plenty of people would tell you that what I'm saying is too skinny for them. It's all personal opinion
I would say 140-150, based upon BMI calculations would be ideal, corresponding to a BMI between 20 and 22, which is healthiest for your height.
If you are 145 lbs with 20% body fat, I would say that you would look pretty damn good depending on muscle mass distribution.
