You never really get out of it, you learn to cope and manage it. It's all cliché and silly stuff but finding time for things you enjoy, having supportive friends or family or partner, music exercise and socialising and even good diet. It obviously is more complex than that and each person is different but those things are where to start. It's all about building acceptance of yourself and improving while finding things to make you happy or distracted positively. Learn how to balance achieving things to make you feel worth something while finding time to have fun and open up to people you can trust.

1.) Ask for clinical anti-depressants to pop a few times a day and buy over the counter anti-depressants from most health stores. Which you pop any time you feel sad. Take as many as you need but in recommended doses.
2.) Find something that makes you happy and any time you feel really low. For me that is masturbation. Whenever I feel sad and low I just take some time to myself and jack off.
3.) remind yourself that this is only temporary and things will get better. Some time. Even though it may look like they never will.

God. Meds only work temporarily and could possibly lead you into becoming a drug addict.

I have struggled with extreme anxiety. I got out of it by becoming my old self again. I just forgot about everything and started living as if I was a little kid again. Just have fun with life. keep it simple
