Men with bear mode or aesthetic mode body type?

Which one you like more? Guys and girls. I like bear mode, but I could never be like that, I have too small frame, small joints etc.

Bear mode:

Does not have to be necessarily so muscular, but you get the idea, bear mode is bigger framed, bigger joints, more manly etc.

Both are on steroids, neither are realistically achievable. Personally, I'd go for "bear" guy, because let's face it - he has more functional muscles. If I have to choose between posing all day long, and ruining my kindeys with dehydration and roids, and lifting insane weights while chicks admire me in the gym - I know where my vote goes.

Neither? Both of these guys look like friggin superhumans, how do you even gain that much muscle mass? I prefer leaner guys, with a bit of muscle, but FAR from what you posted above XD

@Silver158 well the differences between bear mode and aesthetic mode are that bear mode has more body fat and bigger lower torso muscles, steroids only makes muscle grow faster but how you train and how much fat you keep is what defines the final results

@Silver158 well, that's true, but with keep in mind that a body like in bear mode is for strenght, they have a thicker muscles in the abdomen for more strength and the fat to help and protect the spine, aesthetic musculature needs less body fat to make the muscles more visible.
has for steroids, yeah, they help you to bulk up but for what i understand, it doesn't really make you stronger, just bigger and you can spot them because for some reason steroids makes the arms bigger faster

This just prove that ur knowledge about bodybuilding is 0. Frank is one of most popular. And let me guess, ur not bodybuilder? That means u have no idea how steroids work.

And this is not true at all.

And steroids make your shoulders and mostly traps crazy popped but i dont take roids and i never took them and still they are popped out. You can't really spot fake natty but i can tell you guy on first pic is not natty. He also has low bodyfat but he is strongermen or powetlifter and thats why ge doesn't looked that ripped

Every single link here (and I can provide more if you like) confirms what I said. Steroids allow you to bulk without gaining much fat ( if any, you may even lose some fat). Something that's hard for a natural bodybuilder to do do to the excess calories required to build muscle. You're body can only really utilise about 200 calories above your maintenance level on a bulk but even then there will be some minimal fat gain.

@Silver158 look, you have no idea what you are talking about. THEY ARE ALL ON STEROIDS. EVERY IFBB PRO IS ON STEROIDS.. FIRST GUY IS ON STEROIDS TOO? AND IT doesn't CHANGE THE FACT THAT THEY TRAIN MORE THEN ANYONE ELSE. Today i did leg day with one "proffesional train over 20years". You know what happend? I passed out, i barelly fall down with bar on my back. I couldnt take it. doesn't matter if this guys take it they train hard. And steroids basicly are giving you MORE HORMONES and that means more muscle. People who produce 200mg/nl will build less muscle then someone who has 2000mg/nl (person who take steroids).
There are more people that are fat and look like that take steroids then guys who actually look good and take steroids. Taking steroids means nothing. And look at all this powerlifters and strongmens and for example Eddie Hall. He is super bulky and fat but he takes way more steroids then any of this guys on photo

I'm 32 I have easily 15 years of fitness experience because I started when I was your age. Maybe listen to some with actual experience and who knows what they're talking about instead of running around pretending like you know everything like an average teenager.

for 17yo i look at least "decent" and im natty. I train with people who actually know what they are doing and i reseached a lot about fitness and drugs. And i know how steroids work and what they do. If u have 15yo fitness experience you wouldn't talk things like this. You dont even know who is Frank , i guess you dont even have any experience at all or you are one of those guys who visit gym few times a week with easy workout. And i know a lot guys who take or took steroids and look WORSE then me and they are a lot older. And i look really ripped when im on full cut and im also "huge" and im not on steroids? How is this possible for 17yo?

That's not bear mode man. Bear mode is this:

Natty bear mode

Now, natty lean looks like this:

no steroids, no fat

There's no other option without steroids.

If you went bear mode to the max, and then cut down, temporarily you could look like this:

This is unsustainable

That last photo would be a genetic max look. But without fat the body can't maintain muscle throughout the day unless you ate every 2 hours (unrealistic).

you can't chose any of that. Lets be real. Guy on 1st photo is beast and rarerly someone look like him. And guy on second photo is legend. Chances that u could pick between one of this to is 0%. You should be happy if u even find any guy who look 1/4 like any of this 2 guys.
