I think based on your BMI you are overweight. The BMI doesn't take into consideration the amount of muscle you have, so if you are fairly muscular, you may be fine. I think a healthy weight for you is between 130 and 160 (just based on your height). But like I said, muscle weighs more than fat, so you could be fine.

If you are happy looking in the mirror then don't worry about those numbers!

based on bmi you are very overweight. the bmi obesity mark is 30 and you are at 31. 125-155lbs or so is considered a normal weight.
