Anyways, I walk for about 20 mins, run 20 mins, pilates type exercises (mostly cause I'm in a dorm) for about 30 mins every day. I do switch up the exercises (ie. abs one day, legs next, then arms, etc) and i do all this every morning (not including the walking to classes and such). I also eat 1,000-1,200 calories a day and not of junk.
Unfortunately I've hit a plateau though. I will be starting p90x in a week or two. Any advice for me to add to my daily regimen? or just tips in general would be appreciated.
