You sound anorexic.
I'm guessing you just started going through the body changing portion of puberty and put on a lot of weight in a short period of time. Some might be in your tummy for now, but give it time and let it even itself out in about 2 years all that "fat" you think you have is going to find it's place and end up in your boobs and hips. You're just filling out as a woman.
Also, losing 10 lbs in 2 weeks is very unhealthy. It's not suggested to lose more than 2 lbs a week and seeing as you're already extremely close to underweight I wouldn't really suggest you lose ANY weight.
If you want to tone up then start lifting weights and doing resistance training I recommend Blogilates

The thing is I've been 5'7 for 3 years already and so far the amount of weight that I have lost is 30 pounds but that was through dieting. But I lost that 1 year ago and last summer I lost only 5 cause I ate a lot if calorific foods so it was hard for me to diet. I do exercise 2 a week but I really just want to get to 115 then I'll be happy

A lower weight doesn't necessarily mean you'll look better. That's why I suggested you focus on weight training THAT is what makes a difference in the way that you look. This is because fat weighs a whole lot more than muscle huppiemama.com/.../muscle-vs-fat.jpg also, people who are more muscular AUTOMATICALLY burn more fat than people who don't (I'm not talking when you're working out I'm talking when you're sleeping lol.. muscle does the fat burning work for you and makes you look hot)
This is why I recommended pilates for you. To me it sounds like you have very little muscle tone and your problem is that you're skinny fat. It is really unsafe to lose 10lbs in two weeks. A safe amount is at most two and a half pounds.
Drink more water, if you are holding water it will make you lose weight.
Avoid salty foods that will make you retain water.
Dont eat after seven pm, or at least three hours before you go to sleep.
Sleep more, but not too much.
I am 43kg and I am trying to reach 42 slowly, otherwise you gain weight back double.
Go raw! If you do a juice clease with cardio to sweat out the sugar from the juices you can easily loose 10-14 pounds in a week... and then keep it off if you go raw from there. I used to work with a lot of models and TV personalities and thats how they kept themselves so skinny. Right before major shoots or filmings they'd juice for a week. Only thing is that this way of life is expensive. Prepare to drop $600 on the cleanse and more to maintain an organic and raw diet.
Holy shit losing 10 lbs in 2 weeks is seriously unhealthy. You basically have to starve yourself to do that. Also 5'7" and 125 is a perfectly healthy weight, I'd say anything below that is too skinny. I've seen a pic of your body and it looks great, you don't need to lose more than that just stay between 120-130 lbs.

Losing 10 lbs in 2 weeks is a) really unhealthy and b) impossible. 2-2.5 pounds a week is the highest realistic goal you can set for yourself. You need to figure out your base metabolic rate, multiply that # by 7, and have a net intake of that many calories -7000 every week.
If you are 15, 5'7", and 125lbs then you do NOT need to lose weight! You're perfect how you are. And weight doesn't factor in how much muscle you have. Muscle weighs more than fat. So if you do sports then expect to be thinner but weigh more than you think you should. But really, you're at a healthy weight. Don't try to lose any weight. I'm sure you're beautiful how you are :)

Sweetie, you're not fat. If you wish to tone up a little bit then go on walks and lift little arm weights. But trust me, I was in your exact spot. Looking back now I realize that I just stressed myself out and made myself think I was fat or didn't look good. And as a girl you will beat yourself up about your weight and body until you finally learn to love yourself and not care what others think of you. You really are at a healthy weight. Please don't think that losing 10 pounds will somehow make you more attractive. Just eat healthy and love your body :)
And you haven't gone all the way through puberty yet. Your body is going to change a lot over the next few years. You'll gain weight and lose it. Medications will alter your body. Life in general will have its effect on your body. Just try to love yourself how you are right now. I promise you will be happier :)
juice diets , healthy diets 1 extra snack a week... dont not eat if you get hungry have an apple and waterweight is a lot so only drink water
i was 5'8 125 and i had fruit bowl breakfast in school an apple for dinner chicken fillet with brocolli/sweetcorn
and then maybe another peice of fruit but to do this you need to drink like a gallon of water a day
im now 5 '8/9 and way 102
Eat less, but more times. Like for breakfast a yogurt, lunch a banana then dinner just a small meal or salad and in the evening just a fruit.
I lost 30 in two months jump roping 10 pounds in one week or even two is definitely not healthy.
Don't drink soda or eat McDonalds
