Im working out eating better but my problem is I'm not hungry in the am. Like I can't keep morning foods down. I don't like this bc I don't wanna gain weight by eating later in the evening when my body goes into starvation mode.
you must've had a good meal before you slept. if your body isn't hungry when you wake up then its still good to go but you should at least drink a protein shake if you're worried about the afternoon so your metabolism has something to work with. and just snack in between to avoid starvation mode. simple.

I go by the 12 hour rule of no eating after dinner until my next meal the next day.
