Eat a lot of salads, tuna fish, chicken, and vegetables, cut out the bread and all junk food. Take a day off every 4 to 6 weeks and eat what you want for that one day.

Cut down carbs to 100g/day (eat plenty of veggies), be in a caloric deficit, and be more active overall (weight training with cardio preferred).
