How much sleep do you get a night?

I've been getting about 6 hours recently but I really need about 8 to function properly aha

4 and under

5-6 hours

7-8

9-10

more than 10

6-7 would be my guess. The time between when I go to bed and get up on most days is around 9 hours. But I have a lot of trouble sleeping. Very light sleeper. A little bit of light and the slightest noise wakes me up.

Usually i get about 4 hours due to insomnia, but it eases on rainy nights which aren't too common so two days ago i got a sweet thirteen hours.

I don't sleep at night usually, but if you consider the evening night then about 6 hours.

8-12 hours. SOmetimes more. Yet, im always tired and can sleep during the day

Yep like yesterday thats true, but I try to get at least 7 hours in most of the time if I can
