First of all, fat loss and muscle growth cannot occur together. Regardless of whether muscle or fat, you cannot "add" anything to the body while you are in a calorie deficit. Nor can you "subtract" anything from the body while you are in a calorie surplus. Basically, if you want to burn fat, you need to be in a calorie deficit and the idea of building muscle has to go on the back burner until you've reached an acceptably low body fat percentage. The inverse is true for when you want to focus on muscle gain.
That being said, for protein shakes, pretty much any high quality protein will do. Pure whey (Optimum Nutrition and Cellucor are my go-to brands here) are ideal for use immediately upon waking or pre/post workout. For more general purpose use, a whey/casein blend, such as Trutein, Syntha-6, or Myofusion is ideal.

look up bad proteins to avoid in protein powder, they will most likely say milk proteins and some type of soy proteins. as long as you avoid those proteins when you go shopping you can buy any form of 100% whey protein powder, mix it with almond milk. you don't have to go to the extreme and research on exactly which brand to get, you're only doing this for some extra protein so no need to stress it :D
You need to get Whey isolate. I buy the Optimum Nutrition 100% whey isolate, I get the double chocolate one, it's yummy :)

try to avoid the powder ones just get the milkshake protein shakes they are better but the powder ones you can use in a blender and have any flavour but you can loose fat and gain muscle if you do running and all that stuff but it won't happen instantly and it won't happen at the same time so be patient
Like FBI said get Whey or something refined. Don't get something that's overloaded with stuff since you want fat loss.

Just mix it with water when you get it might not taste as good but it's the best weightloss option
