diets are bullshit... u just need carb protein and fat...60 percent protein 20 percent for carb and ten percent fat... if you're tempted to fast food have it like once a week,,,,,,,,, or just eat what you normally eat (hopefully not fast food) and only eat a three meals a day snack fruits not junk foods, lets be realistic
exercise daily is the main thing run or walk and only consume water not softdrinks

There is no EASY way. I want to gain weight, its still not easy. you just have to stick to something. I can't stick to it.. seems like you can't either. if worst comes to the worst.. the girls on her have better opinions.
Just cut out all junk food. Every last bit.
Watch how much fat you drop by cutting out the soda.
If that is too difficult, then just limit your calorie intake significantly to 800-1000 calories. Most Americans don't want to cut out the junk which has led me to believe that junk food is addicting.
Basically eating healthier, like always eat the healthier option. Instead of a fry up, something grilled. Or instead of fizzy drinks, water. See where im heading at. And smaller portions, eat out of smaller plates/bowls. And exercises, 30 mins of cardio a day or circuit training excersizing.
