I have done this twice, maybe three times this year. Some nights I just don't get that tired and if I'm a bit sleep deprived I get a LOT done. I did this Thursday night so on Friday around 8am I started cleaning the entire house and my car and did all my school work and my laundry. Then I was tired and went to bed early, slept 13 hours, slept 12 hours last night. Now it's 3:40am here and I think I am feeling pulling another all nighter and getting stuff done tomorrow... I don't know why I'm so productive when sleep deprived but whatever.
Is this bad for my body?
