Is this an obsession?

I have this urge to find bumps on my boy and pop them. like I love finding a lump on my body and squeezing it until a nice, fat, hard, juicy lump shoots out & then lots of puss. I don't know why I do. do I need help or is this normal?

I think a lot of people do this. But it's the way you go on to describe it that stands out to me. It's more a problem if you are left with wounds. May be similar to "picking"

Honestly, I do this too... yeah some people find it gross but I can't help it ha. That's probably a reason why I got terrible scars here and there :(

It would be okay with me but I would still try to stop her. Get her out of that habit.
