just walk and run alot, and then do crunches and/or sit-ups. the only place on my body that ever gains fat is my abdomen and no where else, so I walk/run and do crunches/sit-ups a lot whenever I feel my waist & stomach's growing bigger. you can run as little as 1mile and do 20 crunches everyday and you'd start to see the difference. oh, and don't snack after dinner.

you can't pick and choose where weight comes off. some people lose weight from their tummies, others lose weight around their hips and thighs, other people find that their boobs get smaller, and other people find that they lose weight evenly all over their body.

try not to drink soda or eat a lot of salty food. also do crunches. and try to lose some weight. and don't drink from a straw cause it puts air in your stomach and makes you look bloated. also eat bannanas & tea they contain something that makes your stomach flatter. also drink a lot of water.
