Almost certainly, yes. As soon as someone blacks out due to a trauma calling 911 is a priority.
Since the symptoms you describe can be due to a concussion, but the person could also have brain trauma.
First thing to do than in terms of first aid is immobilise the person and wait for help to arrive.
Damage to head and neck makes that the priority. I wouldn't even be looking for other injuries, just keep head & neck in a fixed position and have you evacuated by professionals.
So, was it a concussion? Since you recovered entirely, yes!
But not going to a doctor in this situation was not very wise... could have turned badly.

lol, how do you run into a stationary car. sorry shouldn't laugh.. Did you see stars? I would say it was a concussion based on your symptoms.
yes it very much is, you should have a checkup and x-ray, in certain cases the effects may be long term or may linger for the next concussion and will be an even worse if not lethal experience, the doctor may have to see your x-rays and check what your internal pressure is through your ears, eyes and skull, also you should get a dentist to check that tooth, there are treatments available to help pull it back into place and won't need extraction
Definitely! You had some severe signs and symptoms of one. But the only way would be is to take a test and go to the doctors.

I dont think so usually concussions happen when you strike the back of your head. It doesn't happen very often when head butting or face planting on the ground or any other surface. There is a lot of protection for your brain in the front of you skull, unlike the back. You might have felt dazed which is normal givin the circumstances but that doesn't necessarily mean it was a cuncussion. But hey you never know.
Feeling like you have to vomit is a sure sign if a concussion. And the hot and cold flushing feeling. You lost consciousness and your brain was basically trying to jumpstart itself awake.
But you're alright, right? If you could do a mri, that would let you worry loose a bit. you were been hitting the occipital lobe at that time, the place is visual cortex. your vision still fine?
Of course not. Everything sounds completely normal.
yes it was and a big one from what you explain.
