its gonna cost you money, but depending on your goals it should be worth it.
go on a natural foods diet if you can, this will ensure you get all your nutrition needs from good sources of food. anything that fell off a tree or grew out of the ground you can eat. avoid processed foods as much as possible, anything man-made, although there are a few exceptions such as wheat bread, within moderation.
protein - chicken breast, pork, you can even eat red meat it offers good vitamins and nutrients you need but in controlled portion sizes, ground turkey, poultry, etc.
complex carbs - sweet potato, white potato, brown rice, wild rice, quinoa
vegetables - anything and everything, but some good super food leafy greens will be broccoli, kale, and then spinach, chards, lentils, any leafy green vegetable you can consume.
dairy - almond milk, greek yogurt, if you can find the "healthier" yogurts and cheese you can consume those within moderation.
try to use little to no sauces like ketchup, mustard, ranch, honey mustard, its all processed, some sauces that are exceptions are Tobasco, its ingredients are only like 3 things and really simple.
if you can cut off soda, that will help a lot.
my highest recommendation though, don't try to do all of this at once, if you try that you're most likely to fail since you're starting at an extreme level. take it at your own pace, day by day and grow into it, its a lifestyle change.
