a liquid coverup! apply it evenly to your whole face with maybe a little extra on your trouble spots! it'll not only cover it but will also keep your face from shining under lights or camera flashes, etc! :) best of luck!
As long as you're not allergic to it I'd wear some concealer; some with witch hazel in might be best for your skin. Lol I get that masculinity is fragile and all but it's just some natural looking make-up :))

Would you consider wearing some makeup?
Calamine lotion sometimes helps with redness, but there's no real quick fix. I doubt anyone will be looking at just you @ a crowded concert though. They'll be too focused on the artist.
If you are okay with wearing makeup, a green concealer with light skin tone foundation will work alright.
