"i want to lose weight" - Respect! Go for it!
"fat burning pills" - sorry to come off offensive, but BULLSHIT. There are no shortcuts. But it's worth it.
"protein shake powder" - For a beginner or someone who does more cardio than lifting (which should be how you work out in order to drop the overweight until you're around average body fat percentage), more than enough protein is taken in by regular food. Then you can try another setup.
Protein is needed for >building muscles<, which isn't your primary target (although more muscles burn more fat even when resting, or after workout (afterburn), but that effect is not worth mentioning yet!) So yes, protein powder/shakes are useless for you, even might add unnecessary calories. If you don't feel like your diet has enough protein (it has), you can eat a portion of low fat quark a day, that together with a normal diet is more than sufficient.
I visit the gym 3x a week, and don't take any supplements. A good diet and low fat quark :)
Keep a healthy diet (enough help can be found on google) and don't stop working. You'll get there.

No it's actually fine to start. The whole point of a protein shake depending on what you bought, is to put back certain nutrients in your body. With it being low/no sugar, high protein, and good calorie amount, it actually helps you lose weight.
My biggest advice to you to help lose weight, cut out: bread, tortillas, pasta (carb based foods), foods that are processed, anything with ADDED sugar, and you'll lose weight pretty fast. The first week is tough, but when you get halfway through the 2nd week, you'll lose all cravings for it, and your weight will drop substantially, and energy will climb. Make sure to eat 6 times a day to increase metabolism as well. If you want to know what you could eat just get back to me :)
First of all drop the pills...
They'll help you in no way.. Exercise, exercise, exercise...
Fat burning bills are not only bad for your health with crazy side effects but will also slow down your progress..
Protein shakes are good, but you need a good bit of training done first before you start, take the shake when you see a big change in your weight loss, it mainly helps with building your body, not shedding weight..
Walk, run, eat healthy, exercise, proper sleep pattern, green tea, water is what you need.
Keep away from the pills and only start your protein when you feel you've droped a good bit of weight
Good luck hun 😊 xxx
get rid of the pills and eat more seeds and nuts. they keep your energy up and make you burn more fat faster. also, replace starchy carbs with sugary carbs from fruit. you'll drop all your water weight in a week. drink more water.

I would only recommend protein powder if you are on a daily, Strenuous, exercise routine. If not, all of those protein fibers will collect on your body, and if you don't exercise them, they WILL convert into fat.
DO NOT USE PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS, unless you're willing to exercise your body Everyday!
I run cross-country, and in my first 4 months I lost 20 Pounds. No Joke. I would recommend lots of Swimming, and if you can work your way up to it, try to start running or jogging a mile every day. Plus, Watch Portion sizes.I'm highly doubtful you need protein powder.
I'm also wondering what fat burners you're taking, and why. I'm not opposed to -all- of them, just most, and there are fairly specific scenarios where -any- of them do anything useful.
