1. take out the gauze and rinse your mouth. It's been two days, I'm sure it will be fine. If the nurse told you that you could rinse with salt water, then you can.
2. You haven't eaten in two days, you need to eat. I would recommend foods that you don't have to chew a lot, like soup or something.
3. If they said to take the antibiotic every 6 hours then take it every 6 hours. I'm not sure why you're asking about that. You should follow the directions given to you on when to take your antibiotics.
Ultimately, if you are unsure about something you should call your dentists office and ask them. They are the professionals and will be able to give your more accurate information concerning your individual case.

You can eat soft food for the next 3-5 days. I would recommend cream of wheat, jello, mashed potatoes, soup, pancakes, I just had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted about a month ago, and I did not get dry socket.
Do not eat anything chewy (crusty bread) or with small particulate (rice, oatmeal). it will get into the socket, and you will have to get it out with irrigation which is not good right now since you are trying to form a clot.
I did not rinse with salt water. Do remove the gauze to eat. I took mine out right away, but then I slept most of the day of the operation.
Yes, but do not take them on an empty stomach. You will have a horrible stomachache.
