Does my acne look so bad that I need to go on accutane?

I've been dealing with severe acne for several months and it's making me feel bad about myself. I've never had acne bad like this. Nothing is working and its getting worse. Does it look really bad?

It looks like the type that will leave deep scars to me... So yes I would recommend Accutane.
I was on Accutane myself so know you might have heard lots of scary stories but for me it worked. The only downside to the medication was I felt terribly tired and slept a lot more than normal.
There are strict procedures to getting this treatment and regular check ups, so be honest with the Doctor and tell if you feel depressed or anything straight away.

yes this looks pretty bad, you need to get something done with it. first thing is reconsider your diet/lifestyle, banal as it sounds no fast food/ fizzy drinks, more veggies/ proteins and regular walks outside can do wonders. and get treatment too, only really works as a complex.

Somewhat bad, but there is lot worse. Lay off oils, too many nuts, hydroginated oils, fast food, junk foods. Eat mostly vegan, low fat. Wash face well, maybe twice each time and not once. Bath daily, Make sure your not rubbing your skin with dirty hands. Good luck!

I'd say somewhat bad, something that has worked for me is "PanOxyl" face wash. You can get it at Walmart for like $8. It works very well and fast, the only thing is that it get's rid of the acne but leaves behind scars, so you have to use it in moderation. I seriously recommend it and I have always suffered from acne, I still get a little but PanOxyl cleans it right up.

I don't know I'm not a dermatologist or anything, but I had a couple of friends that had really bad acne and they took birth control to clear it up.

yeah it looks bad however my friend also had that you see what people actually do here is they regularly puts all the ointments and eat medicines but they doesn't take care of the diet they keep on eating oily warm things
