I'd guess a pint of stout or ale has around 250-300 calories and lager about 200. light lager probsbly 150 or so. Whiskey and club soda would be probably around 110 and vodka and club soda maybe 80-90 ish? Just plan accordingly.
You can find more precise calorie counts online by plugging in what you drink. I'm just throwing out ballpark figures from yeArs of boozing and cslorie counting. Meals of chicken breast and broccoli help make up the difference!

Beer won't get you fat. Consuming excess calories causes weight gain. You just can't consume more calories then you burn.
Beer is approximately 200 calories per pint, and the recommended calorific intake for a guy to maintain their weight is about 2400. A pint is 473ml, most bottles are 341ml. That one beer a week is not going to do you any harm whatsover.
You need to drink huge quantities of beer over a very long period (years) to get a beer belly. Or you can just eat too much of anything, exceeed your daily calorie intake and get fat that way.
Beer alone won't add too much as long as you also exercise. In addition to a lot of calories, beer has a lot of carbs, except perhaps light beer but I don't drink horse piss. A pint once a week is barely anything, though some beers are heavier than others.

Look at how many empty calories you drink and how much you exercise you do. It really just how much you do not burn off. You'll have to do the deduction to know for yourself.
it varies from person to person and what else you eat, how much exercise you do. I drink plenty of beers for the past ten years and I haven't noticed any difference down there.
Drink it 5 times usually/ week.
