I never trusted those weight scales.
Also, yes, clothes play a factor. Fully dressed I weigh 107-109 depending on if it's winter or not lol. Without clothes I weigh 104.
Time of day also plays a part in your weight. You will weigh less in the morning than you will at night.
You will naturally fluctuate in weight which is why, if you are looking to lose weight, it is best to weigh yourself in the same clothes, on the same scale, at the same time, on the same day. Most people suggest once a week for accurate indicators.

You should make sure that the scale is an accurate one first, second yes clothes do play a factor. Third you should weigh yourself in the morning right after you get up and use the bathroom, and before you eat or drink anything. You should get your accurate weight then.
I don't really trust public anything. Plus, if it's a public scale, not sure if it's being calibrated or if someone is tampering with it on purpose? I would go with don't really trust much public anything lol
Dont pay attention to the weight. Its what you look like that matters.
