I broke out badly when I ate organic eggs. It was not the first time I eat them.
I ate organic Greek Yogurt 2 days in a row. I had the worst breakouts in years.
2 days ago I started eating bio yogurt. I have two similar pustules that appeared with Greek yogurt.
I have a bit if milk with my coffee but it never does this.
What is it with organic foods?
I remember I took probiotics for like a few days last year and had very bad breakouts. Also when I took B12.
I eat very healthy.
