#1: Don't drink water until 2 hours after your meal and maintain a 30m time frame without water before a meal. Water dilutes the hydrochloric acid in your body which causes the food to be retained in your body for a longer time. That causes your stomach to expand.
#2: Eat more times in a day, but learn to eat less quantity. Don't fill up your stomach. If you eat less times on a day you will tend to stuff yourself. Doing that causes you to grow a belly.
#3: Eat quickly food which will digest faster. Your stomach will expand if there is food in it. If its relatively empty, it will shrink.

well a lot of it has to do with genetics but its not impossible. the cheat meal once a month is fine, but holy shit d00d once a month? I would die hahaa. I do mine once a week. but anwyays more power to you so that's good. just keep up with the diet but change up your exercise. do HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) - Up Hill Sprints.

You eat a whole pizza once a month... Well there's your problem. You can't eat unhealthy and lose weight even if you're working out. It doesn't happen trust me i have tried.
Cardio, diet, work on abs. So far you're doing cardio nicely, abs are made in the kitchen though. So make sure no fatty foods, less soda, less sugar. Do exclusive ab workouts too, like situps, crunches, planking, etc.
it sounds stupid but squats do a ton for your abs. leg raises and core work outs will smash your tummy as well. DO PT!!!
Planks, sit-ups, crunches and interval training like boot camp classes are great at shredding and burning fat.

A lot of the fighter I know get on this plan while trainingCardio is the best but not for toning you're stomach. I do sit ups, planks etc... To work out the abs. Try doing that like a few times a week you'll see the difference
Eat healthy and never skip meals. Do a lot of cardio like running or jogging. It helps burn fat. Do ab exercises and leg raises.
