Breath always smells?

Hi just recently I've noticed my breath always smells? I brush twice a day same as I always have, but it's only recently I noticed it? So I brush regularly, don't eat particularly smelly food. .. any ideas? I will plan to go to the dentist but if I can fix this on my own with the help of some ideas it would save me paying :D

it could be something in your stomach (not food but like something irregular in there)
also i heard synosis (?) I don't know wht their called lol and also tonsils could cause that if they are infected or w/e

do you clean your tongue? are you sure you have it not just something in your hand? are you hydrated enough?

A dentist can pretty quickly diagnose the underlying cause that you can't detect, so it may be worth a visit.

Have any trouble areas? Flossing helps. A metal pick is better. Do it at least 3 times a week. Examine your tonsils with a flashlight and some sort of dull probing device. You could have tonsil stones. Eat fruits and vegetables, "fresh" products. Not particularly microwaved stuff. And if all else fails, GUM!

Thanks for MHO! Figured, not giving you an answer that involves going to the dentist would be best for your situation. But just remember, if your gums are sensitive or there's clear early signs of decay/disease (research pics), its better and cheaper to take care of it now instead of later.

i have an ora brush and i even bought one for my family and girlfriend they work so well. No ones breath smells now!!! like $6 at walmart or something

Hmm I'm guessing gum disease or build up of cavities. The dentist will give you a thorough clean and probably tell you to floss and use mouth wash..
