Well I think you can only be too fat or thin if it causes health problem. Now for your losing weight I can help, I just like you LOVE food so you can forget dieting. What you have to do is pretty easy just make sure your eating more good foods then bad and exercise regularly. Just be sure to eat more fruits and vegetables and workout or do more physical activity and you'll get in shape and still be able to enjoy the foods you like.

You can calculate the proper weight for your hight based on the bmi calculators that the app stores have.
Losing weight is a matter of life style change. Not dieting, because dieting will not work. You'll revert back. You should keep track of your calories. I use an app called my net diary. It keeps track of my daily calories taken in and burned. On a day I am going to eat more, I exercise more.

115-120 is the ideal for your height but it depends on muscle mass, etc. Start incorporating strength training into a work out plan and cardio 3x per week. I did a diet of 1200 calories and cardio and didn't lose much but when I started eating 2000 and doing strength training with some cardio my body changed so much faster. You can still eat and have a good body :)
I think like 120 should be a good weight for your height. Try to consume around 1500 calories eat four to five meals a day:)
