I thought I liked it. It did make me jittery and I barely slept since it essentially acts like speed. I lost a decent amount of weight on it, but once I went off it all came back. Not because of eating habits, but because I didn't have the energy to work 12 hour shifts and go to the gym and other things. My activity level went down so I wasn't using up all those calories. Because for me anyway I couldn't sit still longer than 30 mind without having to do something to get rid of the energy. Which I know sounds great, but when you can only sleep 4 hours max it gets a little tiring.

Never taken it, but I don't recommend stimulants to lose weight. They only work in the short term.
I would simply go on more walks, lift weights while watching TV/movies and increase your fruit/veggie intake.
