You won't be fat at 130, but you're right that you're perfectly healthy as you are, and there's no reason to gain weight. If you eat or drink something right before weighing yourself, it can add a few pounds. You could also wear a heavy necklace (maybe tie tiny weights or something to it) and hide it under your shirt to get a little extra weight as well.

Hide weights on you, weigh yourself in their presence, hopefully they'll accept the new weight and leave you alone.
Oh shit just like me mom. she wants me to be 130 pounds at least and i'm telling her that i'm 125 now.
But in fact i'm 116 pounds, and idon't tell her that bcause she'll kill me :-P

If you think you're a healthy weight then you most likely are.
When you are young it pays to be slightly under weight because as you get older you will naturally put on more weight and it becomes harder and harder to lose.
