okay i dont recomwnd trying to gain 4 pounds of fat that fast. But over sum time you should drink a gallon of water a day youl be hydrated and lose any uneeded water weight after a while a few weeks. And atart exersizing gain muscle insted of fat. Okay im not gana judge but if you wana gain a lot of fat in a short amount of time i recomend eating sugary cereal or somthing with lots of non-complex carbs like white potatoes or enriched pasta (white pasta) right before bed.
Cheeseburgers, Coca-Cola, french fries, bread, pasta and some orange juice will all do the trick.
Eats tons of protein. That's literally the only thing that has ever worked for me but it still takes a lot. Peanut butter, lots of meat, beans etc.
I don't know if its possible. By eat a lot of food!! Eat, eat, eat 🍴 its the only way

Don't sleep. I find that I lose 3 lbs while I'm asleep, and I'm 3 lbs lighter in the morning.
eat more food these 2 days :-P
