Kyphosis. It is a posture imbalance that causes shoulder pain. Your posture is pushed forward therefore you are getting some grinding inside the rotator cup.

It is fixable. You must stretch your posterior muscles and strengthen anterior. BASICALLY stronger back muscles while stretching pecks and shoulders.Here is one videos. There are plenty more.

I broke my collar bone about five years ago and that happens to me when I lay on my sides. But it doesn't hurt (maybe im just numb there) I think your shoulder is popping out of place and if it is doing so often then chances are there is a problem... You might want to go to a doctor or next time it pops out go to the ER and tell them everything.
yes it happend to me 6 years ago i didn't put it back in properly and i ended up shatering my rotater cuff tore all the ligaments tendens and muscle and fracured my neck im not saying u did that so dont panick haha but go to the doctor and get it checked out and try not to use it because u could cause damage!!
