How much weight will I lose by cutting out chocolate?

I usually eat pretty healthy and I'm quite active, but I also eat about 100 g of chocolate (milk - a lot of sugar) every single day. Will I lose weight by substituting the chocolate with fruits and vegetables? Will it make a slight or big difference (if that is the only thing I change)?
