The quickest way would be amputation. But that is not what I recommend. I recommend you to change your eating/drinking/sleeping/exercising habits so you can gradually improve your body and become healthier.
- Eat healthy: Always think about vegetables first when you're cooking (and it's very important to eat home-made food.) Also, eat less sweets and salt. Instead of eating potato chips, eat (unsalted) nuts. If you want candy, go for dark chocolate (70% cacao) or eat fruit instead. (Fruit is very sweet but contains a lot of healthy stuff. Mango, blueberry and raspberries are my favorites).
- Drink plenty of water (always have a jug of water next to you. Also, you can drink tea and coffee or freshly squeezed fruit juices. Cut down on sodas and whatever you do, do not drink diet sodas. They are even worse than the regular ones.
- Adjusting your eating habits this way may take quite some time, so you should make a hobby out of it. Try to find out new ways of preparing fresh products and learn yourself to cook like a chef!
- Always eat if you are hungry. Don't starve yourself to lose weight. It will not work. If you don't eat, your metabolism goes down, and if you (eventually) eat something your body will react with storing the energy in the form of fat.
- Sleep well: Get 8 (or preferably more) hours of sleep each night.
- Try to exercise for 30 minutes every day (just walking will be fine), running twice a week is very healthy too! (You can also go to the gym, but don't start an exhausting exercise routine, since the key of losing weight and improve yourself is consistency. The most important thing is to keep up the better habits.)
- You will see and feel the results pretty fast! Even the slightest (healthy) change will give you more energy, confidence and happiness! Good luck with everything!

Judging by your age, under 18?
Eat less junk food, and add more wholesome foods that actually fill your stomach, like nuts, veggies, grain, proteins aka meats.
Be on a caloric deficit.
If you have a gym membership, you can use the sauna to melt off some water weight.
Light cardio workouts like jogging or biking or perhaps your favorite sport?
Remember to do this slowly and pace yourself throughout or else you are going to have flab problems, so I'd would assume...2-4 months is not unreasonable.

the quickest way is to not eat anything, although i owuldn't suggest you.
personally i had lost 40 pounds in the past around a period of 2-3 monthsAbout 7-8 months. You can safely lose about 1-2 pounds a week. The only way to do that is to restrict the amount of calories you consume to less than your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE).
3 months..
