I can't concentrate on anything (academic related) I 'm sick of trying to study, nothing gets stuck in my brain!! I used to be a good student, I had high notes but over the last 2 years it has come to be a pain! Even If I have nothing to do I can't concentrate on studying, I tried watching a video to understand it instead of memorizing and I ended up paying attention only to the background music :( If I read a text I may end up analyzing the flaws in the ink or the paper texture rather than processing the words.
Do I have ADD? Help me!!
