Yup it happens all the time with me, especially when I'm stress. I've done it during sex, I once odd it in the middle of the day in high school (luckily no one saw me), once did it in the middle of the work day (one again no one saw me), and a ton of other times
Sounds like depression at worst or some crazy hormones at best...
If it's happening a lot it might be a good idea to talk to your doctor about it. If it's random I'd say it's pretty normal to have days you feel overwhelmed by the world in general.
Sure. Sometimes you're just not where you wanna be. I'd suggest going for a walk and taking some deep breaths while drinking water or hot tea.
And think through your troubles or thoughts. Take time.

It's both normal and human. Although, your latest string of questions seem to have a causal link as to maybe why you're feeling this way, don't you think?
Maybe it's because you are afraid of being alone and that fear comes up in your tears when you cry.

When I was younger but I think part of growing up is not having time or energy to be sad
