Besides exercise, the only other way to lose weight in that small amount of time would be to cut your daily calorie intake. Drink lots of water, specially before your meal so that you can feel full faster. If you can really cut your food portions down to a small amount and not snack between meals, you could lose about 2 pounds a week. If you add exercise, you can probably achieve up to 4 pounds a week.

Go swimming. Maybe it won't reduce your weight in two weeks but it would certainly tone your arms, make your waiist appear smaller and tone your legs instantly. Just do 20 laps for 3 times a week or so.
low carb diets can make you lose up to 30 pounds a month but many people gain the weight back once they get off it but if you just want to look skinny for a one day event it's a possibility.
