Tips on growing your hair fast?

I hate the hairdresser, I used to have hair to my waist and within 6 months hairdressers chopped it off to just below my shoulder. Now i'm doing my best to grow my hair fast, because in May I am attending a wedding and want my hair grown quite long. Any tips on how to grow hair long fast? With food, oils or so on? Anyone tried to inversion method?
please help!

i have taken fish oil and noticed that helped with a skin problem i had and helped grow my hair faster. Also once every two weeks i cover my tips and roots with conditioner that has no dyes and let it sit for 15 minutes or so but if you do this your hair will be very oily so rinse it good. And the same thing happened to me but all at once. I think the lady was just jealous :P

There is no way to make your hair grow faster, otherwise there would be hair-farms and miracle baldness remedies would have been invented. Get hair extensions if you want it that long, until you;ve naturally grown out.

I would recommend u to use coconut oil , it is good for hair growth in my opinion
