I've been very stressed lately from school, family, and just my life in general. I've been so stressed that i even missed two days off my period last month and probably won't even have it this month (sorry for the tmi). and now i have a bad headache, im so tired of being stressed, what are some things i could do to calm my nerves?
For a headache? Drink some water, take a Tylenol if you like, put an ice pack either on your forehead or where your neck meets the base of your skull (depending on where you feel the tension), lie down in a dark quiet room. Maybe some soft, relaxing music if you can stand it, but just lie there and try to doze a bit if you can.
Other things I do for stress generally don't like headaches.
-a brisk walk
-bike ride
-gym
-video games
-booze

Exercise and orgasms, I would be a crazy person without either. A cocktail here and there doesn't hurt either.
