General rule is that you should weigh approximately 10 kg less than your height -100. So for 163 cm it should be 53 kg. However you should factor in your structure, are you large boned, muscular, small boned, etc.
So you could probably +/- 2 kg.
I am also 163 cm and my ideal weight is 55 kg.

If my conversion is correct that would put you at roughly 132 lbs (for us crazy Americans).
This puts you in the normal weight range for your height.
The ideal weight range for 5'4 is 111 - 139 lbs. So you're in that range. This makes you normal. No worries.
I'm 168cm tall and weigh 57kg ( I'm basically a bag of bones). However I wouldn't say you are overweight, but you do have some wriggle room for a lower weight
Seems like a fine weight to me. If you are so concerned check BMI or body fat percentage. I like girls with a bit of weight to them though.
