Good ways to lighten your skin?

What are some good ways to lighten your skin. You you know of any creams or natural things I could do. I wear sunscreen everyday, but I didn't when I was younger, so I need to find a way to reverse the damage I did. Also I would need a cream that I could put on y lips so they're not too dark for my skin. Anyways thanks

There are no ways to lighten your skin. No external forces can alter the melanin content under your skin.
If you have dark spots or something, then YeS you can neutralize those but overall, there are no ways to lighter the skin.
Any unnatural attempts would in fact cause damage in long run.

I use sour tamarind instead of soup. It not gonna make me white but clean and no pimple and remove freckled. However, it gonna take about 2 months if you do it every day. And after shower you need to use Turmeric too. No chemical 100% natural.

I don't recommend trying to change your skin color. However, if you have damage and dark spots, clinque is a great brand that has a dark spot corrector. It's affordable and hypoallergenic which is always a plus.

Why would you want to change your skin color? No matter what you do to the outer appearance, you'll still be the same person😏😘 and lightening ur skin, will just cause more damage,

tans don't last for years. instead of trying to bleach your skin, work on making it clear and soft.

drink lots of water. take epsom and sea salt baths. and moisturize often (which keep skin soft and will prevent ageing/wrinkles now and later). if you want to not tan use an oil free lotion or just plain aloe vera.
