I binge once or twice a week?

It used to be worse, I used to binge daily and gained a lot of weight (I got from 100 lbs to 128 in 2 years - my height is 5'2''). However, I managed to reduce the binges and got to 119 lbs, but I still slip up once or twice a week, especially on weekends. I don't understand why I am self-sabotaging; for example, today would have been the 7th binge-free day in a row and this morning I was so happy. I thought I could make it. I ate right and went for a run, but later in the day I binged. How can I prevent this from happening again? The longest I went without a binge was 19 days and I've been having this problem for 2 years. I am terrified because of Christmas, when I will go home and there will be so much food around. Last year I gained 7 pounds on the Christmas holiday. What can I do to prevent this?
I know my BMI is healthy right now but this continuous weight gain scares me. Maybe in 10 years I will be obese. I'm 17 by the way.
