How many of you have had an eating disorder?

I'm writing a small scale paper. Most struggle with eating disorders and refuse to include some eating habits. Weight should be controlled by diet and exercise including 2 to 3 meals per day and healthy snacking (junk is fine, not in excess). I want you to answer this poll based on INTENTIONAL weight loss tactics.

PLEASE do NOT include things like: forgot to eat busy at work, misread the label took too many laxatives, spicy food makes me sick, but I really enjoy it, depression, because depression tends to make people not hungry.

If you have NEVER experienced an eating disorder please mark the option experienced by a relative, or friend.

Go anonymous if needed. I am really excited to write this paper.
laxatives (overdosing) eating foods that make you sick (spicy, dairy)
INTENTIONAL starvation ( Skipping meals, or days of eating)
Purging (vomiting on purpose)
eating foods that make you sick (spicy, dairy)
narcotics (cocaine, meth... etc)

Blah I jacked up the 3rd option. Sorry guys. Purposely eating foods that make you sick IS NOT supposed to be on that one. How I missed that in the reread is odd.
