Hi there, I was like you where I would have a few pimples but for some reason my face broke out in cystic pimples for the past two years. I don't believe in medication and finally found a routine that worked for me. I drank 8oz of naked juice every day to give my body extra nutrients. I am taking Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Folic Acid and zinc. I use clearasil everyday clear mixed in the palm of my hand with Alba Botanica AcneDote deep pore wash. Wash my face for about 30-40 seconds. Use a moisturizer after that. Clean and clear has this product which contains 10 benzyl peroxide which is the highest dosage on the market, I typically use that as a spot treatment since it can be very drying. In the morning depending on how I feel, but at lease once a week I use clean and clear morning burst detox. For masks I prefer LUSH Mask of Magnaminty (Kind of pricey but a little goes a long way), If you have any more questions about acne products and such you can always message me :) I am a whizz at this stuff!
You need a serious acne treatment, please visit a dermatologist instead of trying something by yourself. Never apply home made masks. Never use acne creams without a doctor's advice.
You can use concealer or foundation to look good for the meeting day. It's not a permanent solution but at least you feel better. Go to YouTube and search for acne coverage makeup, you'll see lots and lots of videos there.

Try using tea tree oil. it is supposed to help with acne
