If you're two stone heavier and wear the same size yiu don't ahve the same body. You have more muscle. Muscle is twice as heavy as fat. Or she has larger frame as in her bone structure so you guys are the same size but you have more flesh. Someone can be skinny at the same weight or greater weight as another person who is jsut smaller but fleshier.
You either have more muscle per pound or more muscle and fat per area.
You know your body is it muscular? Is she less fleshy than you?

ohh simply you can have some differences in shape or the clothes are really flexible for example i wear with my sister she is 4 years younger than me but we both fit in the same clothes because the clothes are flexible and we got some differences in our body shape
Depends on how your weight is carried.
Say you're heavier but have slim legs and are apple shaped and she's a pear shape with a thicker lower body- that's how that works :)
She could have wider hips.
You could have a higher bone density.
The weight is probably divided in different areas.
She could be lying about her weight.
Okay, there are few things, first you must have more fats or muscles on limbs. Also, if you less body fat then still you could be heavier with same size because of muscles. Furthermore, bone density varies, and some people have higher bone density than others meaning more weight than others.
Through my tenure of working out, following diets etc this is one thing I realized that weight is not directly proportional to mass :-)
One may well have more bone or muscle weight than fat. Hence, when they lose fat they lose mass but not too much weight ;-)

Different muscle and fat ratios. Muscle is more dense than fat, meaning a small amount of muscle will need a largee amount of fat to weigh evenly on the scales.
Fat and muscle at the same volume have different weight
Body composition. Muscle is denser than fat.
muscle mass perhaps?
