eat a lot less you can eat whatever just smaller portions
you will need to cleanse your body so go on a rice diet for a week and it will take a lot of weight of and cleanse your body in so many ways also rice can be really filling so it will help to
stay away from sugar and amy other drinks besides water but you can drink tea
after all of this in a month or less you should have a thigh gab and be the size you want
by the way the rice might come to loosing blood so have bass on the backup and some wine if the bleeding gets to heavy within the week stop using it

Not really sure why people are obsessed with thigh gaps. It just makes it easier to drop your phone on the floor when you rest it on your thighs while you sit -.- Not fucking awesome.
That's you in the picture? you must be packing a lot of muscle to look like that at your weight. Unless you have excess belly fat, I'd say you're fine as is.
If you do have excess belly fat, go for a caloric deficit plus high protein to help maintain muscle mass while working out with heavy compound hypertrophy movement.
thigh gap... I thought that shit died 4 months ago lol. you don't actually need a thigh gap, all you need is the right pose in a selfie to show a thigh gap for that picture. for the skinny part, just eat less and your body will continue to eat itself, thus making you skinny.

eat only 1 slice of bread and 1 banana every day.I'll be honest, when I saw the question on my feed I thought you were trying to gain weight. Thigh gaps are overrated, it doesn't make you look fit or anything. Just skinny. Which is not so good.
If your picture is really you, then you don't need to go on any kind of diet. If you decide to go on one, then just eat healthier and exercise and you'll reach your goals.
Your figure's already perfect... no need in adjusting anything from your present diet. I say, just stick with what you're doing!
