I work out 5 times a week and my legs aren't even fat. Why the hell is it there?
Is there anything else I can do?
If a guy is answering: Do you get turned off if a girl has a little cellulite?
Cellulite is just a part of growing up. It doesn't mean you are fat. As you get older your body stretches and because of this it causes stretch marks (cellulite) to appear on your skin. It's natural. You can get creams to lighten cellulite, but I don't think it will completely go away.
Do you know names of any creams?
No, if you go to a dermatologist I'm sure they could help. I've gotten used to having cellulite and it doesn't really bother me. I'm not fat so I know it's just because of my body growing, but I'm too lazy to care about lightening it LOL.
Ok thanks :)
I don't know why it bothers me so much!
You're welcome. Like I said, it's natural. If a guy got turned off from that then he's an idiot.
Surgery or like some sort of Botox seems like it would work. But it's really not a big issue like there are so many girls who are MADE of cellulite and guys still ask them out
I wouldn't put myself under surgery for that really
And lol how is a person MADE of cellulite?
Change up your diet? Caloric deficit. Avoid processed carbs. Eat more protein and fiber (veggies/fruits). Workout routine? Weight training with cardio is ideal. And heck naww... as long as she squats... fine with me xD
You don't understand I legit do all these things but it doesn't seem to go away 😢
try carbs cycling and intermittent fasting... both are challenging methods but are very effective.
Ok, If that's you in the pic I trust you!
Lol I'm kidding I'm gonna try what you said
Thanks!
I could post a more evident shirtless pic but... well, I gotta keep some mystery going haha so just a simple arm flexin for the masses. I do hope you reach your goal. #liftheavy #gobeastmode
Na I got the idea lol
Yep thanks...
You work out like everyday?
Every weekday when time permits... weekends is rest/cheat day for carbs overload!! (favorite part of carb cycling) and as long as you keep an active lifestyle and eat moderately right... going to the gym everyday is not necessary. How about you?
I go to the gym 4/5 times a week for about 1 hour (give or take)
My eating is more healthy like only whole grains, fruits, veggies, protein (I'm not a red meet eater really) etc... I don't believe in half the diets people come up with these days it's usually shit lol.
Well, it sounds like you already on beast mode! Just remember, the last few bodyfat is the hardest to get rid off uggh.. I know, so frustrating haha.
Lol, exercise is my sanity
Im pretty happy with my bod besides this little cellulite I hate it and I'm so self conscious about it.
Yea I feel yah... same here... look good, feel good. Married to the gym lol. Anywhoo, nothing is better than a lifting girl.
I'd be a hypocrite if I did. When I first started hitting the gym hard I got some on my shoulders. Frustrating bc first I was fat and didn't want to take my shirt off. Then I got fit and I still don't because of that
You still have after you toned up?

You should really research the Bitch that made money off of women feeling self-conscious about cellulite. Here's what I do - nothing it's part of me and I love it and a real man won't notice and won't care about it
You're right!
I hate the expectations that are made by the media!
I somehow have to get it off my mind
cut white grains out of your diet. If you eat only meat and vegetables and dairy products (in moderation) you will lose body fat.
I have not had white grains for as long as I can remember and I'm not trying to lose weight just this stupid cellulite.
Could you explain the diff?
