There are ways, but I wouldn't suggest them. The healthy way is to lose about 1-2lbs/week. But you're under 18, so I wouldn't really even suggest that cuz you're body is still growing and developing.
If you really insist on losing a little weight, I suggest having like a 2 or max 3lb weight loss "goal".
-Try eating less starchy foods, less breads, less pastas, etc.
-Drink a lot of water, this is very important.
-Idk your current fruit/veggie intake/day, but aim for 3-5 servings of veggies, and 2-3 servings of fruits.
-Replace your snacks with vegetables or yogurt. Eat plenty of (healthy) snacks to keep your metabolism working.
-Use stairs instead of elevators. Try to walk instead of like getting rides (if reasonable distance and safe).
-Try yoga. It helps tone the body and provide lean muscles.
-Maybe do a few laps around your house like 2-5x/week.
Also, remember that people are dicks. Sad, it's true. People will still judge you and call you ugly when you're thin, both men and women. People will judge you and call you ugly when you're larger. It happens, it's unfortunate, but it happens. So just aim to be healthy, keep reasonable goals, and remember to stay confident in your body regardless.

Weight loss is a gradual thing and if you want to keep this weight off then you will have to patient or you will just gain all the weight back.
Since you dont have a gym membership or weights i HIGHLY recommend going on YouTube and looking up Blogilates. The instructor Cassey really helped me lose over 20 pounds without a gym membership and she has videos where you dont need any gym equipment. She incorporates a lot of resistance training and cardio for beginners all the way to advance training. And lastly EAT CLEAN. I can't stress that enough! You really can't out run a bad diet, trust me I tried.
You have enough answers telling you not to, and I would agree with them, but I also need to answer your question:
by the way, I'm a fully certified national fitness trainer, whether you believe someone as young as me can do that or not is up to you
To lose weight the last thing you want to do is eat less: that means when u next eat your body won't turn 30% of carbs into fat, it'll turn 90% or something around that! and ull put on weight
As you are a teenager, your body will change very quickly, and u can get it done in a few weeks and ull see a change in a week
Eat the same ammount, but different foods, less carbs and more vegetables and meat as bad as that sounds
But skinless meat gets turned into protein, which goes to muscle or gets egested (skin has 90% of a meat's fat)
Excercise will also work, high intensity cardio is the best way so jogging, skipping, short sprints
Eat before a work out if you want to lose weight, then wait around 2-3 hours (eat after to put on muscle)
Small weights now and again would also help you tone yourself
Of you need any more advice on this over your coming weeks feels free to pm me, and I hope this helped! :)
Let me tell you the proper way to feel confident at a pool party.
Just don't give a shit about the people's opinion who judge you for your appearance. If you are thin, people will judge you for being too thin. If you are chubby, people will shout that you are a whale and obese and you will die of cardiovascular diseases. If you are actually obese, then people just won't even look at you, but whisper about you behind your back.
They all suck. Love yourself, most other people won't because they love putting others down.

Pool party? It's winter. o. o Anyway, my advice is to drink more water. That'll help with the weight loss, but the best way to look amazing in a swim suit is to gain muscle and tone your body. If I were you I'd be doing stretches, push ups, sit ups, lunges, squats, and other things to get any flabby areas nice and hard.
you have a few weeks so i suggest you cut out some carbs, dont eat carb heavy food after 5pm
Don't eat any sort of cakes, pastries, candy ever
Eat breakfast every morning the sooner you kickstart your metabolism the better, and eat a small portions
instead of eating 3 meals, eat 4 smaller meals
Burn calories by walking/running in intervals
weight doesn't matter, its all about body fat%
*I am not a certified nutritionist, trainer, or dieticianHow about lose weight/fat progressively and keep it off forever? Since no gym or equipment do some bodyweight resistance exercises such as push ups, burpees, sit ups, etc in a circuit training format... it would help tremendously in "upping" your metabolism and lose that fat. Diet: be in caloric deficit (yup count calories), avoid processed sugar/carbs (sodas, white bread/rice, etc.), eat plenty of protein and fiber (veggies/fruits). Voila!
You can't, not in a healthy way. Losing weight has to be a lifestyle change and you need a long-term plan to keep it off.
If you want a quick solution, your best option is to go for surgery such as liposuction or something similar (not sure).
But if you do, be ready to face the consequences of a botched up surgery or nasty side effects, because these are common.i'll give you a friendly advice instead.
stop feeling insecure about your weight. not every guy likes a skiny girl. embrace your weight.HIIT is your best bet, mixed with plyometrics. Run many sprits with short breaks. Make a circuit of difficult isometrics. Push ups, squat jumps, sit ups blurpies, etc. Good luck, train hard and you can do it.
no gym or equipment. then run.. run marathons.. run until your legs give up..
Try cutting carbs... low sugars... meats veggies. .. it will peal off you like crazy..
Fast? How many weeks? How much do you weigh? What's your goal> You missed a lot of information.
Ok well it's not gonna come overnight but if you wanna lose water weight you need to drink lots of water and you'll pee it out along with toxins. Also, get a body wrap you will lose 10-30 lbs in about a day or two but it's just water weight
Eat less calories than you use.
