I do not, I east whatever I feel like eating at any given point.
I also don't have specific times for breakfast, lunch or dinner
I eat throughout the day when I feel hungry, which typically makes
for about 5 different meals a day. ^.~
I probably trust too much in my metabolism
but it hasn't let me down yet. ^.^

yes.. i wash my vegetables and fruits thoroughly before eating them. i also try to find some healthy alternatives of the processed food that i eat but i'm not really very strict about. i'm just "ok". :)

Yep!! I gave up all sweets (ice cream, oreos, donuts, cake, etc) and chips. Now I only eat fruits and vegetables.

all fruits and vegetables are are carbs and water. ur body needs fats for energy and protien for muscle repair/growth.

Clearly you know nothing about nutrition. Explain to me why I'm fit and yet vegan? Why is it that grains, seeds, beans, and other sources contain protein? Fat is kept on a minimal because it isn't necessary. Your body will store the fat it needs from the food it eats. Carbs provide you with energy and fat provides you with energy only if you're low on carbs. Which wouldn't make sense for fitness oriented people because you should be eating 4+ meals a day with snacks.
Grains seeds and beans are all primarily carbs. The best thing you list was beans and they have a 3/1 carb to protein ratio. If you go to body builder. Com they suggest eating good amounts of fat. Like I said above I just count proteins and total calories and dnot really worry about the fats and carbs ratio mainly because I know I keep it pretty nice without monitoring due to my love for fats :). Yea I kind of avoid salty crisps, chocolates & nuts. They give me spots. I love cookies & cakes thou can't say no to them... but generally don't eat too much unsaturated fats if I can get my will power on active mode.
Do I look at my food when I eat it? Yes. I look to make sure it doesn't have anything bad on it and if it's a good amount for me to comfortably chew.
